The Swedish rockband IUBAR delivers exciting and untamed music, straight from the heart.

Their music has been described as high energy psychedelic with a unique approach of their own.

The strength of IUBAR is the solidity of a band focused on emphasising the energy and entirety of their music, best heard and seen when performing live.

Sounds and arrangements bring alive the rock of the 70’s with obvious hints of lo-fi firmly anchored in the 21 st century. An electrified hybrid of tones from oriental music woven together in beautiful melodies with influences from The Doors, Beatles, Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin. By many people IUBAR is acclaimed to be one of the most interesting live acts on the Swedish independent music scene.

IUBAR features the eccentric singer Viktor Björklund. A young and eminent singer with an artistic and literary gift. A natural and strong personality on stage, leaving no one unaffected.

We are right now in process of producing the video and single release of the song Changes, to be followed by IUBAR’s debut album Invitation To Dig to be released in August 2006.
